We’ll cover the everything you need to know to prepare for your best hospital birth, including: birthing rights and self advocacy tools, how to know you’re in labor, when to go to your place of birth (and what to expect when you get there), putting your labor hormones to work for you, stages of labor, building your labor tool box, pain relief options - including epidural.
