FWDA Dishes: Greek Salad

This Greek Salad is the perfect summertime treat.  Light, refreshing and most importantly, delicious! 

Ingredients:

10 Roma tomatoes

1 medium red onion

2 large cucumbers, peeled and seeded

Kalmata Olives (9.5oz, pitted, sliced)

Red Wine Vinegar (approx. 3-4tbsp)

Olive Oil (approx. 3-4 tbsp)

Feta Cheese (8oz)

 

Directions:

Chop tomatoes, cucumber and onion.  Combine in large bowl.  Add half a jar of olives (no juice), container of feta cheese, and vinegar and oil.  Stir to combine.  Enjoy! 

P. S.  It's even better the next day. 

P. S. S. Marinate some flank steak with some red wine vinegar, basil and sour cream and then toss it on the grill- perfect summer time meal!
